Convergence Communications have enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Gamma, for over 10 years. Our proud partnership began in 2013 when Convergence was on the hunt for a SIP partner. Little did we know at the time that eventually, we’d be exposing our clients to Gamma’s entire product suite including Leased Lines, FTTP, SoGea and our entry level cloud phone system, Horizon.
Gamma is one of the largest UK based network providers and excel in resilience and customer support.
Since our partnership began, their product set has evolved allowing us to offer new services as and when they become available. Solutions like Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Phoneline +.
Horizon
Horizon is Gamma’s entry-level cloud offering. It is a solution tried and tested and is continually evolving. Horizon offers flexibility when it comes to adding handsets and provides a slick softphone and mobile app combination.
It is incredibly robust and reliable and was the first cloud solution that Convergence brought to the market. It does exactly what is says on the tin.
It is also incredible easy to use, and the interface is straight forward. We have hundreds of clients still using Horizon and it continues to be an important solution within our cloud portfolio.
Operator Connect
Operator Connect is a must-have product if you want to integrate into Microsoft Teams. Gamma a direct partnership with Microsoft which provides full QoS (quality of service). It is also very easy to deploy unlike other solutions that integrate into Teams.
The porting process is clean and easy and through Gamma’s voice interconnect, the quality is assured.
Operator Connect is an alternative to Teams Calling Platform which can often work out expensive. If you’re operating a E5 license, we just need to enable the voice and add an Operator Connect license and Team will become a fully functioning telephone system.
PhoneLine+
PhoneLine+ is effectively an analogue line replacement solution for when BT disconnect all analogue and digital lines in 2025. It’s an ideal solution for any micro business that simply has one line coming into their business. The functionality is limited but it’s perfect for the small business owner who effectively needs to make and receive calls. It’s very cost effective and will allow those smaller businesses to future-proof their business
