Everything (and everyone involved) was perfect, and I couldn’t speak of more highly of the team (especially Lauren and Hannah who were awesome!). As you can imagine, we’re stupidly busy but I felt it important to take the time thank you all so much for your help. The communication during the installation process was so thorough, I knew what was happening every step of the way. As a busy GP surgery, the idea of mass upheaval or large-scale change can be quite daunting. Installing a new telephone solution with a complete change of infrastructure is something we thought long and hard about. From the initial enquiry to the continual support today, all of the staff at Convergence have been nothing short of outstanding. They are accessible and available at any time to answer any questions we may have. And any requests are always actioned swiftly. The whole installation process was very easy from a consumer point of view, and Convergence undertook most of the work saving us valuable time. They accommodated the ever-changing schedule of a surgery and were incredibly patient and flexible working around us. The installation was completed over a lunch break and had minimal to no impact on the running of the surgery. This was fantastic as we were able to carry on taking calls and contacting our patients.
