Convergence has several large retail clients that we have migrated onto a cloud platform providing flexibility and mobility for users.


Mobile communication is key in a retail environment and all our cloud platforms can deliver this. We can utilise multiple devices across entire sites utilising Wi-Fi and mobile technology. We have implemented one of our cloud platforms into one of the largest chains of garden centres in the UK and therefore, we understand the challenges and requirements of any retail business that has a large site, campus, or yard. We can deliver calls into the right areas of the business with ease allowing your team to work more efficiently.

We also have a specialist retail offering called X-Hoppers which is a Wildix product and works perfectly in the retail and hospitality space. Agents can be deployed into areas across the business using a combination of QR codes and wireless headsets. You can have a member of your team with a prospective customer in seconds!

Wildix
Wildix is web-based cloud telephone system that offers relevant collaborative features such as instant messaging, video conferencing, call recording and CRM integration. We have evolved this product to provide additional features including live wallboards, click-to-dial, call analytics and AI telephony and transcription.

Users can utilise multiple devices and work from anywhere. Wildix is particularly strong in the healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors.

CallSwitch One
CallSwitch One is a handset led cloud solution that is ideal for businesses that are heavy phone users. It also has collaborative tools with a softphone and mobile app option but really excels in environments such as estate agencies, recruitment agencies and sales-led organisations. We can provide any number of handsets with this very cost-effective solution.

Horizon with Webex & Teams
Horizon with Webex is an optional calling and collaboration tool available alongside Gamma''s Horizon Cloud platform. It is built into the license fee, just like the Microsoft Teams integration, making it a natural choice for users.

The seamless integration with Microsoft Teams provides users the flexibility to choose their preferred interface. They can either use Horizon with Webex, which offers a full range of collaboration and meeting tools. Or use Teams for voice calls in addition to the collaborative features they are already familiar with.

Webex meeting and collaboration features are delivered through Cisco’s Webex cloud infrastructure, integrated with Gamma’s Horizon platform.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use Teams as your primary interface for voice, you can do so, meaning your team only needs to interact with one familiar interface, as a dial pad is included with Teams.

Operator Connect for Teams
Operator Connect allows users to make voice calls within Microsoft Teams while utilizing Gamma’s voice network to deliver calls directly into Teams.

This service enables calling and adds a range of additional call control features to Microsoft Teams, which would otherwise not be possible. Gamma guarantees quality of service (QoS), providing businesses with the reassurance they need.

By adding SIP Trunk Call Manager, we can incorporate additional functionality into Teams. Users will be using the familiar Teams interface laced with telephony features making this a very attractive option.
